Shareholder Jenn Protas Interviewed by SF Daily Journal

Shareholder Jenn Protas was interviewed by the Daily Journal’s Craig Anderson about Santa Clara County’s first-in-the-nation order to determine the vaccination status of on-site employees, contractors, and volunteers.

Jenn confirmed employees would not need to disclose the reason why they did not get vaccinated. Asking for an employee’s vaccination status “is not a medical inquiry” and would not be covered the Americans with Disabilities Act.
