Hoge Fenton Welcomes Dolores Martinez

Please join us in welcoming the Manager of Human Resources and Operations Dolores Martinez to Hoge Fenton.

With over 25 years of legal management roles at boutique firms, Dolores oversees the firm’s human resources initiatives which include employment law compliance, formulating and recommending HR policies and procedures, overseeing employee benefits programs, and managing payroll.

“I’m very excited that Dolores has joined us at Hoge Fenton. In spite of coming to the job in these times where she is forced to be a somewhat independent learner, her past experience is allowing her to quickly take on the job and absorb so much so fast. She has that tricky combination of pragmatism and compassion which will serve her well in this role,” said Executive Director, Heather Larrick.
