Jonathan J. O’Brien Sworn in by Judge, Hon. Theodore C. Zayner

Hoge Fenton is proud to announce that Jonathan J. O’Brien was sworn into the California Bar on November 16, 2023, by the Hon. Theodore C. Zayner at the Santa Clara County Superior Court.

A 2023 graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, Jonathan was an Emery Merit Law Scholar who focused on developing his business acumen and earned High Tech and International Law Certificates and Corporate Law and International Business Law Specializations.

Jonathan interned as a summer law clerk with Hoge Fenton in 2022 before coming on board full-time in 2023.  Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, he gained valuable experience as a law clerk at Ramsbacher Prokey Leonard LLP and was assistant to academic advisor at Chabot College.

Jonathan was elevated to an associate attorney joining our Corporate & Business Law Practice Group.  He will be assisting clients with the formation of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
