Uyenchi Ho is an accomplished litigation paralegal, with 20 years of experience supporting attorneys in complex civil litigation, IP litigation, and appellate court litigation matters. She is based in Hoge Fenton’s Silicon Valley office and supports all the firm’s litigation groups.

Background

Uyenchi most recently worked as a Senior Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Legal Assistant at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP in Palo Alto. She handled roughly 20 active cases in state and federal courts, as well as JAMS and AAA arbitrations. She collaborated extensively with attorneys on all aspects of litigation, including court filings, research, depositions, interview and meeting preparation, document review, document production, and appeals. Uyenchi also supervised legal and case assistants in their efforts to improve task efficiency.

Prior to Skadden, Uyenchi was the lead Litigation Paralegal at Rehon & Roberts APC in San José for 12 years. She worked closely with attorneys and was involved in all aspects of the litigation process, including calendaring, implementing court rules, court filings, discovery, preparation of correspondence, memoranda, and motions, and acted as the case manager organizing ESI for discovery requests.

Uyenchi holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Dallas, a Paralegal Certificate from West Valley College, and eDiscovery Project Management and Paralegal Management Certificates from the Organization of Legal Professionals. She has extensive experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, Relativity, Citrix Sharefile, DocuSign, TextMap, PACER, and ECF systems.
