Eleno Núñez Gonzalez

Practice Overview

Eleno Núñez Gonzalez is an associate attorney in Hoge Fenton’s Employment Law Practice Group. Eleno represents employers in a wide array of labor and employment law matters in both state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. His practice includes litigating complex employment law matters and focuses on providing advice and counsel to employers regarding California’s Labor Code, Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), and various regulations. Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Eleno was an associate attorney at the Jachimowicz Law Group. He had expertise handling all phases of discovery, law and motion, and bringing or defending claims arising from the FEHA or Labor Code, including the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Background

Eleno received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® in immigration law. He has successfully argued an immigration appeal before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, reading, spending time with his family, and volunteering to provide free legal services for low-income individuals.
