By Hoge Fenton | 02.6.2024 | Firm Post

Hoge Fenton is pleased to sponsor the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s 2024 Virtual Career Fair and Diversity Program for Small and Mid-Size Firms for the second consecutive year. The virtual midyear program aims at connecting small firms and local nonprofits with LGBTQ+ law students interested in employment opportunities.

Taking place on February 10, 2024, this virtual event will provide smaller firms and local organizations the opportunity to recruit and network with LGBTQ+ members of the legal community.

Jenn Protas and Sean Cottle, Hoge Fenton shareholders, will represent our virtual booth and meet with individuals interested in beginning their careers as law clerks at the firm. We’re always looking for bright, open-minded, and diligent professionals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and ideas to join Hoge Fenton.

Inclusivity and equity allow diverse perspectives to drive creativity and innovation, attract and retain the best talent, better represent our clients, and increase productivity. These principles serve our community by helping Hoge Fenton to better reflect the communities that we serve and combat systemic prejudice and unconscious bias.

When: February 10, 2024 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM PT | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM ET
