Litigator Mallory Homewood Joins Hoge Fenton

Hoge Fenton is pleased to announce the addition of litigator Mallory Homewood to the firm. Mallory has significant ligation and trial experience, specifically in the areas of Trusts and Estates and Real Estate matters. In addition to assisting clients settle their concerns through litigation, she successfully resolves disputes through mediation and dispositive motions.

Mallory is solution focused and keeps the clients’ business objectives top-of-mind when considering litigation strategies on behalf of the client.

Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Mallory was a litigation associate at Bowles & Verna in Walnut Creek. She also clerked at the Alameda County Counsel’s Office, the Palo Alto City Attorney’s Office, the Santa Clara County Counsel’s Office, and the San Mateo County Superior Court.

Mallory earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and graduated summa cum laude from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. While at Hastings, she served as an editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.
