Chris Chang & Montsy Hansack Join Hoge Fenton

Christopher P. Chang is a skilled attorney who can handle any issue in every phase of litigation. He has prepared and argued over 800 motions in the past and has vast experience and knowledge in all aspects of civil litigation. As a member of the Business Litigation practice group, Chris also handles all other phases of the litigation process including case investigation, strategy, discovery, motion practice, and early resolution. Chris is based in our Silicon Valley office.

Montsy R. Hansack is a paralegal supporting Hoge Fenton’s Estates and Trusts practice group in San Jose and San Mateo. Montsy brings nearly 7 years of legal expertise working at premier law firms in the Bay Area. She will oversee the administration of trusts and estates and prepare sophisticated estate plans from conception to finish.
