Christopher P. Chang

Practice Overview

Christopher P. Chang is a skilled attorney who can handle any issue in every phase of litigation. He has prepared and argued over 800 motions in the past and has vast experience and knowledge in all aspects of civil litigation. As a member of the Business Litigation practice group, Chris also handles all other phases of the litigation process including case investigation, strategy, discovery, motion practice, and early resolution. Chris is based in our Silicon Valley office.

Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Chris was an associate attorney at Ford, Walker, Haggerty, & Behar, LLP where he specialized in law and motion work related to general liability and insurance defense.

Background

Chris received his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law where he was a member of the Honors Lawyering Program and a recipient of the faculty merit scholarship for all three years of law school. Chris also received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Research and Writing.  Chris was a board member of the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California and Executive Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
