Rosie has over 25 years of experience working in the legal field. Prior to Hoge Fenton, she worked for several years as an administrative assistant with the San Jose City Attorney’s Office where she assisted both litigation and transactional attorneys. Rosie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2010.
