Steve Siner and Sarju Naran will present “Successful Deals: Navigating the Various Legal Issues in M&A Deals” at National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors’ Large Company CFO& Operations Roundtable.

Hoge Fenton was one of three invited featured speakers to present at this national conference.

National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors created this national event as a mechanism for C-level executives of large distribution enterprises to network with non-competing peers in multiple lines of trade on key operations issues and to learn more about the challenges facing their businesses in today’s economy.

This by-invitation only, highly interactive roundtable is composed of executives from large companies across the country that meet in Chicago two times per year to share ideas and advance the welfare of all of its members.
