Practice Overview

Sam Quach is a member of Hoge Fenton’s Business Litigation practice group. Sam handles matters through all phases of litigation, including case investigation, strategy, discovery, motion practice, and mediation. He is based in our Silicon Valley Office.

Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Sam gained significant experience as an associate attorney at a litigation firm in Walnut Creek, CA where he defended clients in civil lawsuits involving wrongful death, personal injury, and tenant landlord disputes. He was also a legal intern for an international non-profit digital rights group based in San Francisco and a senior research associate at LexisNexis. Before Sam began practicing law, he also spent time working in the Business and Operation Strategy department for Koreaboo, a global digital media company based in South Korea.

Sam completed his J.D. at the University of California, Hastings College of Law, now known as the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. In 2017–2018, he served as a staff editor for the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal, and in 2018–2019, he served as co-editor-in-chief of the same journal. In addition, Sam held the positions of Communications Vice President for the Korean American Law Students Association and Operations Chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association from 2017–2018. He is currently a member of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area’s Education Committee.
