Erika Gardea is a highly skilled senior level paralegal whose background spans family law, business litigation, personal injury, and construction-related disputes. She currently supports the Business Litigation team and works primarily in our Silicon Valley office. She is known for her proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to supporting attorneys and clients through every stage of the legal process. Erika brings a deep understanding of complex case management, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Beyond her professional expertise, Erika’s hobbies include cooking as well as planning and hosting events. When she’s not organizing her next celebration, she loves spending quality time with her young family. Erika’s blend of legal experience, creativity, and compassion shines through both in and out of the office.
