Congratulations to our New Associate Lauren M. Cotton

Hoge Fenton congratulates our newest associate Lauren M. Cotton. Lauren was sworn in on January 22, 2021 by Judge Shelyna Brown.

A 2020 graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, Lauren focused on developing her business acumen and earned a High Tech Law Certificate, Corporate Specialization, with honors.

Lauren interned as a Summer Law Clerk with Hoge Fenton in 2018 before coming on board full-time in 2020.  Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, she gained valuable experience as an intern at Looker Data Sciences, Inc. (acquired by Google), Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic at the Santa Clara University, and Silicon Valley Law Group. Lauren was also a Legal Research Assistant for the Masters Legal Studies Program for Corporate Compliance at the Santa Clara University.

Lauren has joined our Corporate Practice Group and is assisting with the formation of business entities as well as drafting agreements, and negotiating deals.
