Andrea Herrera

Overview

Andrea Herrera is a Litigation Paralegal based primarily in the firm’s Tri-Valley office. Her work focuses on consumer debt collection on behalf of lender clients, including post-judgment enforcement, and commercial bankruptcy litigation. Andrea also has significant experience in trust and estate litigation, handling complex disputes involving fiduciary duties and estate administration. She is experienced in trial prep, trial, and post-trial work in a wide variety of litigation practice areas in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Hoge Fenton in 2001, Andrea worked as a litigation paralegal at Simoncini & Associates.

Andrea earned her A.S. degree in Legal Administration from Heald Business College in 1996.
