Hoge Fenton attorney Alison P. Buchanan will present a two-hour ethics program, “Ethics and Professional Responsibility Roundup: The Top Developments from the Past Year Impacting the Law of Lawyering” at the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s MCLE Marathon Live 2015 event. The program will focus on updates and new developments and hot topics in the legal ethics world, including new case law, hot topics in the news, and formal ethics opinions.

Alison P. Buchanan is a regular and sought-after speaker and teacher on the topics of professional liability/professional malpractice and legal ethics. From 2011 through 2014, Alison served a three-year appointment to the California State Bar’s Standing Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC). She serves on the Executive Committee of The Bar Association of San Francisco’s Legal Malpractice Section, chairs the Professionalism Committee for the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and teaches Professional Responsibility at Lincoln Law School in San Jose.
