Hoge Fenton attorney Alison P. Buchanan will speak on the topic of Ethics at an American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) event.
The annual “Pension, Profit-Sharing, Welfare, and Other Compensation Plan” program provides more than 16 hours of CLE instruction during two-and-a-half days of in-depth analysis. Topics include employee benefits issues, including how employee benefits plans are affected by the Supreme Court’s Windsor decision, the rollout of the Affordable Care Act, and the latest IRS guidance on executive compensation plans.
