Travis Robertson Joins Hoge Fenton

We are pleased to announce that Travis Robertson has joined the firm’s Corporate & Business Law Practice Group as Of Counsel. With over nine years of legal experience, Travis brings a wealth of expertise in corporate law, particularly within the startup and technology sectors. His core competencies include licensing, commercial transactions, corporate governance, privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions.

Travis began his career by co-founding a health tech startup that offered an app-based direct-to-patient pharmacy service. Before joining Hoge Fenton, he was a Corporate Associate at Silicon Valley Strategy.
