	Lena Tutko is the Research Director for Colliers covering the Silicon Valley and San Francisco Peninsula markets. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate research, Lena leads a team of research analysts and is enthusiastic about maintaining the highest level of data integrity and transforming data into knowledge.
	Steffen Kammerer joined Colliers as the Silicon Valley Executive Managing Director in 2021 after a successful career in tenant representation at JLL. Based in San Jose and living on the Peninsula, Steffen has a unique understanding of the market and what it takes to be successful in the Bay Area.
	Tanya Patterson, the founder of Patterson Investments, is an established real estate broker serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area, with many clients on the Peninsula. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Tanya specializes in residential and commercial real estate, property management, and real estate investments.
	Steven Kahn, Shareholder and Chair, Real Estate and Land Use, of Hoge Fenton, will moderate the discussion. Steven is a seasoned real estate lawyer who balances litigation skills with a strategy to achieve his clients’ goals and protect their interests. He focuses on real estate disputes and litigation.
