Litigator Sam Quach Joins Hoge Fenton

Please join us in welcoming Sam Quach to Hoge Fenton’s Business Litigation practice group. Sam handles matters through all phases of litigation, including case investigation, strategy, discovery, motion practice, and mediation. He is based in our Silicon Valley Office.

Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Sam gained significant experience as an associate attorney at a litigation firm in Walnut Creek, CA where he defended clients in civil lawsuits involving wrongful death, personal injury, and tenant landlord disputes.
