Hoge Fenton is pleased to welcome Intellectual Property and Privacy and Data Security associate Letitia Lee.
Letitia handles privacy and data security matters, such as data incident response management, and government requests for information under the Stored Communications Act (SCA), and the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (CalECPA). She is also CIPP/US-certified.
In addition to privacy matters, Letitia provides intellectual property counseling to clients and assistance with technology transactions. She has experience in a wide range of technologies, including computer software, biomedical devices, advanced diagnostics, and pharmaceutical products. Letitia has experience in intellectual property litigation, including representing clients for or against claims of patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and copyright infringement. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and has experience assisting with inter partes reviews.
