Robert W. Payne will speak on a State Bar of California Webinar panel on January 22, “More than Meets the Eye: Hidden Intellectual Property Pitfalls and Opportunities for the Non-IP Litigator.”
Sometimes, clients specifically present you with intellectual property issues. You get a copy of the patent or a document showing a copyright registration notice. When they don’t, there may still be “hidden” IP litigation issues you need to spot and confront. This program will address hidden IP issues that create opportunities and conceal pitfalls for the non-IP litigator.
Advance registration is required. For more information about registration and CLE, click here.
