Robert W. Payne will speak on a State Bar of California Webinar panel on January 22, “More than Meets the Eye: Hidden Intellectual Property Pitfalls and Opportunities for the Non-IP Litigator.”

When they don’t, there may still be “hidden” IP litigation issues you need to spot and confront. Robert Payne, an intellectual property litigator, is former Chair of the Section and currently serves as Chair of the Litigation Interest Group of the Section.   Payne is a veteran trial lawyer who focuses on intellectual property and business disputes and licensing transactions.
