Hoge Fenton attorney Robert W. Payne will moderate a Webinar, “Changes in Federal Rules of Civil Procedure: Do You Know How the Changes Will Fundamentally Affect Litigation Practice?”
This webinar summarizes recent changes to the Federal Rules. These amendments will become effective December 1, 2015. They include substantial amendments to the scope of civil discovery as well as sanctions for spoliation of evidence, based on the Duke Rules Package.
