Peter D. Feinberg Joined Hoge Fenton’s Corporate / M&A Group

Hoge Fenton is pleased to announce that senior corporate/M&A attorney Peter D. Feinberg has joined the firm.

Recently in solo practice, Peter previously was a partner in the Business & Finance Group at Thelen Reid & Priest in San Francisco, and a partner at the former Ferrari, Olsen, Ottoboni & Bebb firm in San Jose. He also served as in-house counsel at NetApp and Clorox, and early in his career was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California.

Having successfully closed more than 100 deals, Feinberg’s expertise is in corporate formation, structuring, reorganization and governance; finance and venture capital transactions; securities law compliance; domestic and global mergers & acquisitions; and domestic and global business & intellectual property transactions. His skill set and experience enhances the ability of the firm to handle an increased volume of complex, cross-border M & A deals, while still being able to provide quick turnaround to clients on more routine business and technology transactions.
