Opinion: When it comes to stealing campaign money, the penalty should fit the crime

Embezzling campaign funds should not be treated the same as accidental minor reporting errors. But it is, and the corrupt benefit the most. California Fair Political Practices Commission, State of California is sponsoring AB 1367 authored by Assemblymember Evan Low to fix this.
