Martin J. Kopp and Anthony A. Verdugo Joined Hoge Fenton

Associate Martin J. Kopp joined our litigation and real estate practice groups. With a background in business and law, Kopp’s practice focuses on business and commercial real estate litigation. He previously worked at both a mid-size litigation firm and a corporate and tax boutique firm. Marty received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Anthony A. Verdugo joined our transactional practice group as an associate. His practice focuses on business transactions, commercial real estate, corporate/M&A and tax. Anthony’s previous experience includes two years as a business and accounting associate analyst, and law clerkships in real estate, corporate/finance and corporate & partnership tax in two prominent Silicon Valley firms. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
