Hoge Fenton Welcomes Susie Patino

Please join us in welcoming Manager of Human Resources and Facilities Susie Patino to Hoge Fenton’s Management Team.

Susie brings over 15 years of legal administrative experience and is responsible for the firm’s human resources practices, including employment law compliance, formulating and recommending HR policies and procedures across the firm; overseeing employee benefits programs, and managing payroll.

Prior to joining the firm, Susie held various administrative roles at several firms including Goodwin and Shearman & Sterling.

“I am very excited that Susie has joined the Hoge Fenton team. Having worked with her at a previous firm, I know Susie is a caring and conscientious manager. Her past experience in various law firm roles will serve Hoge Fenton well. When it comes to the operations side of things, she is thorough and collaborative with vendors, but knows how to get tough if she needs to. This is an exceptionally challenging time to be stepping into this role, plus her predecessor (Sue Nave) has left big shoes to fill, but I am 100% confident that Susie is up to the task,” said Executive Director Heather Larrick.
