Hoge Fenton Welcomes Our New Peninsula Team

Hoge Fenton is delighted to welcome attorneys Nazar A. Ghosseiri and Katherine A. West, and paralegal Carol DeChaine to Hoge Fenton’s Estates & Trusts Group at our new Peninsula office.

Nazar A. Ghosseiri’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust administrations, probates and conservatorships. Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Nazar was a Principal attorney at McGlashan & Sarrail, P.C. in San Mateo. The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization has certified Nazar as a Specialist in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Nazar serves as the Chairperson of the Publications Committee of the San Mateo County Bar Association.

Katherine A. West’s practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate and conservatorships. The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization has certified Katherine as a Specialist in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Katherine practiced law with McGlashan & Sarrail, P.C.

Carol DeChaine is a Paralegal focusing primarily in the areas of Estates and Trusts, and Corporate & Business Law. Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Carol was a Paralegal with McGlashan & Sarrail, P.C. in San Mateo. Carol has approximately 30 years of experience in legal services, of which 20 years has been serving as a Paralegal in various civil law practice areas. Carol is an active member of the San Francisco Paralegal Association and the San Mateo County Legal Professionals Association.
