Hoge Fenton Welcomes Lauren Cotton

Please join us in welcoming Attorney Lauren Cotton to Hoge Fenton’s Corporate and Business Law Practice Group. Lauren’s practice focuses on assisting clients with the formation of business entities, drafting agreements, and negotiating deals. She plans to specialize in mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, and nonprofit formations.

Lauren interned as a Summer Law Clerk with Hoge Fenton in 2018 before joining full-time in 2020. Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, she gained experience as a Legal Intern at Looker Data Sciences Inc. (acquired by Google).

“Lauren brings a lot of positive and infectious energy to her new role as an associate attorney and, with the advantage of her prior law clerk relationship, she has seamlessly rejoined the firm even in the midst of a health crisis that limits our ability to have face to face contact,” said Hoge Fenton Shareholder and Corporate Group Chair, Lloyd Schmidt. “I’m delighted that she is joining our growing Corporate and Business Law Practice Group.”
