Hoge Fenton Welcomes Dennis Zell & Heather Larrick

Dennis Zell is a highly accomplished attorney with over 20 years of civil litigation experience, including trial and appellate work in both California and Federal courts. He is a trial lawyer who represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters including trusts, real estate transactions, commercial leases, business contracts, business torts, corporate governance disputes, and insurance.

Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Dennis was a general practitioner at the Zell Law Firm and a senior litigation associate for Fox, Shjeflo, Hartley, & Babu, and Coddington, Hicks & Danforth, LLP. He also serves serves as a Board Director of the Peninsula Health Care District (a California Special District based in Burlingame) and a Director of the California Association of Health Care Districts located in Sacramento.

Hoge Fenton is delighted to welcome Heather Larrick as the firm’s new Executive Director. Heather will be responsible for managing and directing all administrative areas including finance, marketing, quality assurance and risk management, human resources, staff support, systems administration, information resources, vendor relationships, facilities, and communication.

Heather is a practiced Office Administrator with over 20 years of experience in the legal services industry. Throughout her career, she has worked in senior-level management roles for several mid-sized and large law firms. Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Heather was the Executive Director for Thoits Law with offices in Los Altos and Oakland.
