Hoge Fenton Attorney Dennis Zell wrote an article that was recently featured in the Daily Journal, “FRAPs Do Not Allow a District Court to Alter Allocation of Costs.”

Dennis, a highly accomplished litigator discusses the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to unanimously hold the Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 39, “Does not permit a district court to alter court appeals’ allocation of costs listed in subdivision (e) of that Rule.”
