This interactive workshop presented by the Santa Clara County Bar Association will help you develop and refresh your knowledge of intersex and nonbinary rights and gender inclusion issues.
Participants will leave with a toolbox of concrete ideas and resources to help make their law practice, courtroom, or other setting safer and more welcoming, and an ability to identify and issue spot legal issues for clients who are nonbinary or intersex.
