This seminar focuses on the practice of discovery and will provide attendees with new tips, techniques, and a few tricks on how to properly conduct discovery.

Topics will include:

  • Creating a discovery plan
  • Tips on propounding effective written discovery
  • Taking effective depositions
  • Using alternative procedures for discovery

This seminar will benefit young lawyers in helping them efficiently and effectively plan discovery strategy and more seasoned professionals with insider tips from highly respected plaintiff’s and defense attorneys on how they can maximize and enhance their knowledge in this area.
