Hoge Fenton associate Crystal N. Riggins will speak on a panel at the Santa Clara County Bar Association event, “Nuts & Bolts of Business Litigation: Weapons of Discovery.”

The discovery phase of litigation is often the most important part of preparing a case for trial. Discovery – when used properly – can result in allowing parties to obtain the evidence they need to evaluate their dispute, and avoid any “surprises” at the time of trial. This seminar focuses on the practice of discovery and will provide attendees with new tips, techniques, and a few tricks on how to properly conduct discovery.
