Hoge Fenton shareholder Alison P. Buchanan will speak on a panel presented by the Bar Association of San Francisco, “Legal Malpractice and Professional Ethics: Recent Developments.” This program is eligible for one hour of ethics CLE credit.
This panel will address recent developments in the law governing the legal profession. This program will cover case law developments in legal malpractice and ethics, and include a discussion about the status of revisions to the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Alison P. Buchanan is a regular and sought-after speaker and teacher on the topics of professional liability/professional malpractice and legal ethics. From 2011 through 2014, Alison served a three-year appointment to the California State Bar’s Standing Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC). She serves on the Executive Committee of The Bar Association of San Francisco’s Legal Malpractice Section, chairs the Professionalism Committee for the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and teaches Professional Responsibility at Lincoln Law School in San Jose.
