Conflicts 201: Beyond the Basics
Hoge Fenton attorney Alison P. Buchanan will be speaking at the State Bar’s Annual Meeting on the following panel: “Conflicts 201: Beyond the Basics.”
The panel will explore some of the thornier and more complex conflicts-related issues that lawyers may face. Panelists will discuss both the ethical rules governing such conflicts, and will provide tips for mitigating the effects of and/or eliminating the conflicts.
