Lydia Thanh is a highly adept Business Litigation paralegal based in Hoge Fenton’s Silicon Valley office. She has a wide range of experience in providing support in personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, and civil litigation matters.

Lydia supports 15 attorneys conducting substantial legal research, manages extensive document reviews, utilizes broad comprehension ESI (electronically stored information) to manage eDiscovery, and prepares trail aids, demonstratives, binders, and other memos.

Lydia applies functional skill sets to initiate and plan for efficient and successful project completions. She works effectively with teams while employing strategic approaches to meet company goals and deadlines. Lydia has been recognized for complex coordination efforts and exceptional customer service.

Background

Prior to joining the firm, Lydia was a VIP Suites & Events Coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers for 8 years. She has worked for notable firms in the Bay Area and Central Valley that specialize in workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. Lydia attended the California Maritime Academy and during her time there earned and held high-ranking officer positions in the Corps of Cadets. She also served as President of the Asian Pacific Islander Club at the academy in 2018, Treasurer of the Propeller Club in 2018, and was a founding member and co-president of the Speech & Debate Team from 2015-2018. She continues to coach and mentor other California Maritime Academy cadets.
