Jared Mainini is an Associate in Hoge Fenton’s Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing clients in a range of business matters. He has experience across all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case strategy, and approaches disputes with a focus on practical, business-oriented outcomes.

Jared’s practice is informed by his background in both law and business. Prior to returning to the practice of law, he worked at a leading sports and entertainment agency, where he advised Fortune 500 companies, media organizations, and professional sports properties on partnership strategy, valuation, and deal-related matters. That experience continues to shape how he advises clients—evaluating not only legal risk, but also the broader business and reputational considerations at play.

Background

Jared earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and is admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Outside of the office, Jared enjoys playing ice hockey and tennis, practicing yoga, cooking and hosting dinner parties, painting, and spending time outdoors with his dog, Finley.
