Peter A. Singh

Practice Overview

Peter Singh is a member of Hoge Fenton’s Real Estate and Land Use practice group.  He is a versed litigator who focuses on real estate litigation and some transaction work, specifically involving construction, land use, and easement issues.

Peter joined Hoge Fenton in September 2022 as a post-bar law clerk and was promoted to associate attorney in November 2022.

Background

Peter received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.  He was an Emery Merit Scholarship recipient and founder of the Real Estate Law Society in his first year. Within his law student organization, Peter helped create networking opportunities for students with local Real Estate attorneys, as well as hosting panel events with experienced attorneys to gain insight and knowledge about their practice areas.

Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Peter received his real estate salesperson’s license and worked as an agent for a short time before law school. During law school, Peter clerked with a fully visually impaired sole practitioner, where he gained experience in drafting pleadings, discovery, and alternative dispute resolution involving trusts and estate, bankruptcy, and real estate.
