Practice Overview

Montsy R. Hansack is a paralegal supporting Hoge Fenton’s Estates and Trusts practice group in San Jose and San Mateo. Montsy brings nearly 7 years of legal expertise working at premier law firms in the Bay Area. She worked at Hopkins & Carley as a paralegal and Notary Public before joining the firm. Montsy oversaw the administration of numerous trusts and estates and prepared sophisticated estate plans from conception to finish. As a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, she also found time to contribute to the curriculum for the “Continuing the Conversation  Regarding Racial Injustice” and “Women’s Suffrage Centennial” events.

Montsy earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from University of California, Irvine. She is a Board Member of West Valley Community Services in Cupertino where she serves on the Advocacy Committee. Montsy analyzes local legislation that may benefit or adversely affect unhoused or low-income clients. She also established WVCS’ first IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) Committee and currently serves as the Chair for this committee.
