George H. Casey III is an associate in our Real Estate Transactions and Litigation Groups. George works with clients on real estate transactions and disputes.
George has a wealth of experience working in the real estate industry. Prior to Hoge Fenton, he served as the Managing Partner of a private equity real estate fund focused on value-add investments. George is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and earned a Master in Urban and Regional Planning.
A graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, George was a Law Faculty, McCarthy, and Justice Edward A. Panelli Scholar. While in law school, he was a national finalist in the Startup LawMeet ® competition, received the High Tech Excellence Award, and completed the High Tech Law Certificate, with honors. George gained valuable experience as an Associate at the Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic where he advised startups on trademark issues and founder’s agreements. George was also involved with the Black Law Student Association and participated as an Alumni Coordinator.
