Emma B. Lloyd

Practice Overview

Emma Lloyd is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group.  Emma represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud and tort claims.  Emma has handled matters through all stages of litigation, from case inception through appeal.

Before joining Hoge Fenton, Emma was an associate at Hayes, Scott, Bonino, Ellingson, Guslani, Simonson & Clause, LLP, an appellate and commercial litigation firm.

Background

Emma graduated from Notre Dame Law School.  During law school, Emma worked for the Santa Clara County Public and Alternate Defender Offices and the City of South Bend Legal Department.  She was also an editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, & Public Policy.

Emma earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University.  She worked for the Northern California Innocence Project and as a research assistant for the Political Science Department.
