Practice Overview
Sblend A. Sblendorio's practice focuses exclusively on real estate, commercial,
and finance matters. Mr. Sblendorio assists his clients with commercial negotiations and litigation.
Mr. Sblendorio has litigated hundreds of real property cases in the federal and California state courts for developers, commercial landlords and lenders, and has negotiated the sale, lease and financing of millions of dollars of property throughout California.

Professional Activities
Mr. Sblendorio serves on the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association’s board of directors and was its President in 2004. He was the President of the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association, and serves as a board member of the Livermore Valley Wine Auction. The Alameda County Board of Supervisors appointed Mr. Sblendorio as chairperson for its Agricultural Advisory Committee in 2001 and 2002. He was appointed by the Alameda Board of Supervisors to the East County Board of Zoning Adjustments in 2006, and is the public member of the Alameda County Local Area Formation Commission. He also is an active member of the Livermore Rotary, and serves as the treasurer of Livermore Junior Football League.
Admissions
Mr. Sblendorio is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. |
