Practice Overview
Crystal Riggins is an associate in the firm’s Silicon Valley office and is a member of the Litigation practice. She focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, including case evaluation, pre-trial dispute resolution, discovery, trial, and post-trial matters. Clients appreciate Crystal’s and Hoge Fenton’s commitment to excellent client service.
Representative Matters
- Served as trial counsel in a ten week jury trial, which resulted in more than $5.1 million in stipulated judgments and settlements
- Ongoing representation of national company in breach of contract and tortuous interference litigation
- Represents corporate clients prosecuting and defending contract, fraud, negligence, and unfair business practice claims
- Negotiated favorable settlements prior to trial in a suit involving alleged fraud
Community Involvement
Crystal is an active member of the Ladies Guild at St. Christopher’s Church in San Jose (2006 - present). Crystal is a mentor in the Future Vision program at Lincoln High School in San Jose (2009 - present). Also, Crystal is a coach for the Mountain View High School Mock Trial Team (2010 - present).
Professional Activities
Crystal is a member of the Santa Clara Bar Association, where she serves on the Finance Committee.
