Peter has successfully closed more than 100 business transactions and advised individual and corporate clients on a wide range of business legal issues since 1989. His successful deals have included formation, structuring and re-organizations of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships; corporate and real estate debt and equity finance; mergers and acquisitions; commercial contracts including sales, operating licensing and distribution agreements; real estate leasing and purchase and sale agreements; and venture capital transactions. His transactional and corporate law expertise extends to securities law compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property, real estate, employment and executive compensation, and tax law.

Background
From 2000 to 2002, Peter was a partner in the Business & Finance Group at Thelen Reid & Priest, LLP in San Francisco. From 1995 - 2000, he was an associate and then a partner at Ferrari, Olsen, Ottoboni & Bebb in San Jose. Before joining Ferrari, Peter was a Deputy Attorney General for the State of California representing, among other clients, the California Department of Toxic Substances Control. Mr. Feinberg began his practice in 1989 with Nossaman, Guthner, Knox and Elliott, LLP.
Community Involvement
Peter volunteers at the San Francisco Food Bank. He has also done pro bono work through the San Francisco Bar Association. He has previously been a long time volunteer at San Francisco SPCA and was active in his past firm's United Way events as an organizer.
