Hoge Fenton Is Pleased to Welcome Sarju Naran
Sarju Naran is an employment lawyer who has experience litigating a wide range of civil actions and administrative claims involving allegations of trade secrets theft and misappropriation, breaches of restrictive covenants, unfair competition, sexual harassment, disability, race, and other protected class discrimination, wage and hour law violations, and wrongful termination in violation of public policy. He also counsels and advises employers with respect to employee mobility issues, complex wage and hour issues, employee classifications, separation of key executives, and other high risk matters.
After spending the first five years of his practice with Hoge Fenton, Sarju was an associate at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, LLP in Palo Alto for four years. He now rejoins Hoge Fenton as Of Counsel and a member of its Employment Law Group. Sarju earned his J.D., with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University.
