Announcing Justine M. Cannon and Sheri M. Yano Joined Our Firm

Associate Justine M. Cannon joined our litigation and dispute resolution practice group. Justine has experience in state and federal litigation, primarily in business disputes and complex real estate cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked in the banking industry and received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Sheri M. Yano joined us as an associate in the transactional practice group. Sheri focuses on international mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions. She previously was Corporate Counsel and Director of Business Affairs at a mobile telecom company and is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.
