Join us in welcoming Litigation associate John E. Belisle.
John, based in Hoge Fenton’s Silicon Valley office, will assist clients in all phases of litigation. He is well-versed in handling litigation matters such as misrepresentation, nondisclosure, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and other business and real estate disputes.
John received his B.A. in political science from Alfred University and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. Prior to law school, John served 6 years of active duty as a supply corps officer in the U.S. Navy.
John also serves on the board of directors for the National Liberty Ship Museum in San Francisco, which operates and sails the S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien, a World War II liberty ship.
