Please join us for the first INTA Roundtable of 2011. This is the perfect vehicle to network and trade thoughts with your peers, compare and learn new strategies, and address common issues and challenges facing the trademark and intellectual property community.
 

Program Outline

The fashion industry accounts for more than $200 billion in U.S. sales each year, and is a major force in the global economy. Trademarks are likely the most widely recognized and important form of IP in this continuously growing industry. We will discuss the importance of trademark law in the fashion and apparel industry, and how it can be used most effectively to protect a brand owner's rights.
